Terms & Conditions

Last updated September 29, 2026. These terms apply to every order placed with PrimeCart Online Corp ("PrimeCart", "we", "us"), 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801.

1. Trade customers only

Our offer is intended for businesses buying for resale or professional use. Accounts require a valid EIN and resale certificate. We may verify business details and may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

2. Pricing and payment

Prices are those on the price file current on the day the order is confirmed and are quoted in US dollars, excluding shipping and any applicable tax. Payment is due before dispatch unless net terms (Net 15 or Net 30) have been agreed in writing at account approval. Orders are subject to availability; if a line cannot be supplied we will tell you before charging for it.

3. Minimum orders

The minimum first order is $425; the minimum reorder is $180. Case packs and inner packs are stated on the price file.

4. Shipping and delivery

Orders confirmed by 12:30 PM MT on a business day ship the same day; later orders ship the next business day. Freight is free on orders over $1,100 to the contiguous United States; otherwise carrier rates are charged at cost. Delivery times given by carriers are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery.

5. Claims and returns

Damaged, incorrect or short deliveries must be reported within 8 days of delivery, with photos of the carton, the shipping label and the affected units. Approved claims are credited or reshipped. Because we sell sealed goods for resale, we cannot accept returns of correctly supplied products that have been opened, relabeled or prepped for a marketplace, or returns for slow sale.

6. Authenticity and resale

All products are sourced through brand-authorized channels and supplied sealed with original packaging. You are responsible for complying with marketplace rules, brand policies (including minimum advertised prices where applicable) and laws that apply to your resale. We are not affiliated with the brands we distribute unless stated otherwise.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for the affected goods. We are not liable for lost profits, marketplace account actions or indirect damages.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
