Yes. We sell to businesses only, so every account needs an EIN and a resale certificate (or your state's equivalent) on file. You can upload it on the account page; approval takes 1–2 business days.

Yes — every unit is sourced through brand-authorized distributors, arrives factory-sealed and keeps its original UPC. No gray-market imports, no repacks, no relabeled stock. Lot codes are recorded on every invoice line.

Our invoices carry your legal business name and address, our Sheridan, Wyoming address, the product title, UPC and quantity — the elements marketplaces typically review. Each platform makes its own decision, so we can't promise an approval, but we reissue invoices in the format a reviewer asks for at no charge.

Skincare and haircare ship with a minimum of 12 months to expiry, color cosmetics with at least 18 months or an unopened PAO symbol where no date applies. If a line falls under that window we list it separately as short-dated, clearly marked and priced.

First order from $425, reorders from $180. Freight is free on orders over $1,100 to the contiguous US; below that we charge the carrier rate at cost. Orders confirmed by 12:30 PM MT ship the same business day.

Yes. We apply FNSKU labels, poly-bag where required and build cartons to Amazon's dimensional rules, from $0.40 per unit. Send the shipment plan with your PO and we return tracking and carton contents the day it leaves.

Report it within 8 days of delivery with a photo of the carton and label. We credit or reship — your choice — once the claim is checked against our pack-out photos, usually within two business days.
